Cebu Business Park

The first series of photos here below (around 6) were taken back in 2007. And was posted here also. When I took them, there were only few buildings standing in Cebu Business Park. Fast forward to 7 years after, I wanted to make a comparison between CBP then and CBP now...

This is Keppel Building when it was a bit newer and fresher. Back then I imagined it kinda looked New Yorkish hahaha... I mean it was not the usual design of buildings constructed here in Cebu (date of the picture is actually wrong because we forgot to adjust the cam).

7 years ago, this is how San Jose dela Montana Street looked (below). We are now going to Cebu Business Park where Ayala Center Cebu is located. Behind us or in the opposite direction is going towards SM City Cebu, Pier, Mandaue or towards the airport route.  (At present the road did not change. Still looked the same...more or less)

Below is Cebu Business Park proper and some of the business locators. The big building is a new building owned by Pioneer Insurance. The road ends at Gorordo Avenue... (that was 7 years ago, today Pioneer Bldg has a lot of neighbors already. Sorry got no pictures to compare...)

We are coming from Mabolo or Panagdait going inwards Cebu Business Park. Seen is Ayala FGU Bldg housing Citibank, BPI to name a few...Across it is the Pag-Ibig office.
(The Ayala Terraces and Apple One Bldg are not yet alive when this picture was taken...)

One of those corporate offices not located near the mall, but still within walking distance - Metrobank and AXA Life Bldg. Now, there is Security Bank and other small buildings already beside AXA Bldg...

Some empty lots here below, but give it a few more years... for sure it will no longer be empty! (Did you notice my photos are small? Because back then Blogger does not support huge pictures...)

Fast forward to Year 2014 - The skyline is changing... increasing building population is noted in Cebu Business Park...

The right lane goes to Gorordo Ave.

That blue building is Parklane Hotel

And the party is still starting. There are numerous ongoing projects in the area. Cebu Business Park is gearing toward mixed-commercial developments. There are more residential buildings being develop and Ayala is expanding its Mall. So let's give it a year and then let us investigate some more on its growth. Actually I am hoping we can sort of be like Singapore. (Hahaha...) Why not! Okay maybe Makati?
